First birthday pink party ideas

WELCOME MY FRIEND,

This post has information that how did we conduct our princess first birthday party..yes it was planned in pink colour.though we planned in pink we cant get all the things in pink so we mixed white colour with pink

In this post I am going to help you to how to conduct a Pink party at home with some pre planning from invitation to food ideas.

OUR FRIENDLY INVITATION

we planned to conduct our function at home. we planned many things from decorations, costume to

food menu.

1.FIRST WE DID A LETTER BOARD NAMED 'H' FOR HARINI VARSHANA

H- MONOLETTER FOR HARINI

THEN WE DID SO MANY HANGING PAPER DECORATIONS IN PINK COLOUR

PINK BUTTERFLIES STICK ONTO A ROPE AND I MADE IT AS A GARLAND.

2.THIS PINK COLOUR INTERLOCKED HEARTS GARLANDS MADE FROM PAPER
AND HANGED AS SUCH TO THE WALL

3.MY BABY LOVES BUBBLES SO I INCLUDED THE BUBBLE MAKING MACHINES IN FRONT ENTRANCE.. IT DIDS BUBBLING THROUGHOUT THE PARTY AND MAKES MY BABY MORE HAPPY.

4. COIN PAPER GARLAND ON TO THE PARTY VENUE WALL WITH SOME BUTTERFLIES ATTACHED

9.THE MOST TOUGHEST JOB IS TO DECORATE THE CAKE TABLE...AND WE DID

BARBIE CAKE TABLE

THAT TOO IN PINK BARBIE DOLL CAKES ESPECIALLY ALL CAKES WERE HOME
MADE... WE JUST STICKED PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF MY LITTLE IN PINK
DRESS AT FRONT OF CAKE AND WE GAVE IT TO OUR GUESTS AS RETURN GIFTS
ALONG WITH STATIONERY GIFTS.

HEART .. YES, SHE LOVE BALLOONS, SO WE JUST MAKE FLOWER BALLOONS AND
ARCH BALLOONS AND LET SOME MORE BALLOONS ON THE FLOOR FOR MY BABY
TO PLAY WITH IT.

12.THEN GOING FOR FOOD ITEMS FIRST SERVED STRAWBERRY FLAVORED CAKES
WITH PINK CANDIES ALONG WITH SOME WELCOME DRINKS AND COTTON CANDY.

13. THE PARTY WAS CELEBRATED AT NIGHT SO THE MENU ALSO DESIGNED SOME WHAT IN PINK AND WHITE

*BEETROOT CHUTNEY LOOKS PINK

*BEET DOSA FOR PINK COLOUR

* WHITE IDLY WITH WHITE CHUTNEY

*IDIAPPAM - AN INDIAN TRADITIONAL FOOD

*STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

AND MANY OTHER ITEMS TOO BUT ONLY THESE WERE IN OUR CONCEPT COLOURS.

15. I JUST FILL THE PARTY WITH SOME MILD MUSIC ACCOMPANIED WITH BABY
PICS AT FROM BIRTH.

AT LAST WE FINISHED THE PARTY WITH A PARTY SONG NONE OTHER THAN THE BIRTHDAY SONG..

16. I LEAVE SOME SPACE FOR PEOPLE TO WRITE WISHES FOR MY BABY ... WE JUST MADE THEM AS ALBUM NOW..

Quilled jumkas models

Quilling makes life beautiful

I am sure that the reader of this article knows at least a small thing about quilling. I can able notice that smile…

Yes quilling is a very simple technique… That needs some time and patience to looks beautiful.. I am very much fond of ear rings ..

Here I am going to show u some of my quilled stuffs and I am going to give tutorials in my upcoming blogs..

India’s traditional wear in earring is jumkas… Every women in India may have at least one jumka to wear and that jumka surely speak out her inner beauty to her lovable person at most lovable moments…

And these stuffs were some of my collections..

Free type jumka this is 5mm paper I used about 2 pink And 2 green 1/2 a black for bottom piece and alternatively attached 4 pieces of 2 pink and 2 green and half a black piece for top one.

Traditional jumkas….u may have this for colour combination

these were kind of baby
jumkas.not only in name but also a
baby can wear this.

Simple jumka for daily use… which Match with your dress

Paper flower tutorial

A TUTORIAL FOR MAKING PAPER FLOWERS

Hello,

hope you all read my previous posts.as said before i am going to give a brief tutorial on making paper flowers.these were beautiful flowers made with the help of paper.

materials required:
1.colored tissue paper(u can choose your own concept colors).
2.scissors.
4.thread of matching color or contrast .

step 1: take 5 sheets of paper and stack those paper together one by one

you can take various sizes too.. if you sheet is 15 inches wide take 8 sheets and get a medium size flower

12 inches =6 sheets
8 inches =5 sheets
5 inches= 4 sheets

u can explore by varying sizes

minimum 4 sheets of tissue paper stack it evenly.I just showed u the paper needed

step 2:do accordation fold about 1 inch uniformly,and cut the edges as round or v shape.

accordation fold is nothing but folding from front to back in zig-zag manner,

so once you fold the stacked paper in accordation fold cut the edges of the paper in to round shape or

"v" shape.

no need to open the fold, i just showed you how it looks after folding the paper

step 3: just tie the thread in the middle.

i used wollen thread because it wont tear the paper.remember to give some length behind the flowers so that it will be easy to tie the flowers at our favorite places

step 4: its half done, just spread the paper as shown in the figure.

step5 : now pull the paper upside one after one from one side to other side,

remember we are making a flower so spreading the sheets evenly and neatly without tearing is important/be patient until u become expert in making.

initially the paper may tear but don't worry, messy flowers also looks good.

previously i did one sheet on left side here I opened up one sheet on right side .next I will do on left side and then to right side got it?

this how my flower will look when i opened all the paper on either side

this is my bottom side of the flower

the below one is the side view of my flower

tip: when u cut the tied paper edges in to round shape you will get the flowers looking as shown

tip: when u cut the edges as 'v' shape then you will get these kind of flowers.here i stacked one sheet of contrast paper at the top of the stack to make it to look like double shaded flower

her i did with orange and round cut

here i stacked alternative colours of white and orange and I have added one sheet of blue at the top and edges were shaped to 'v' cut

wow a wonderful flowers were ready

A COMBINATION OF COLOURFUL PAPERS

these were all some beautiful flowers made of tissue papers. with varies sizes
